Individual applicants

Qualification criteria
- Registered member or registered former member
Requirements for application (FIA)
- Proof of identification — certified ID, driver’s licence or passport
- Proof of residence — certified lease agreement or municipal statement
- Proof of banking details — original bank stamp, not older than 3 months
- Proof of income — 3 months’ payslips, bank statements, state pension receipts, or a police declaration
- Proof of membership — payslip, membership card, member certificate or membership service certificate. The MUN can also provide verification
- Good standing with the Mine Workers’ Union of Namibia — confirmed by the union through external verification
- Marriage certificate and ANC, if applicable

- Earns N$1 300 per month or less

- Proof of membership for the guardian, parents or grandparents — payslip, membership card, member certificate or membership service certificate. The MUN can also provide verification
- Good standing with the Mine Workers’ Union of Namibia for the guardian, parents or grandparents — confirmed by the union through external verification
Legal entity applicants
