Getting your SHAREs
Members buy in at a 50% discount to market value, so every SHARE carries an immediate value benefit. Prices below include the admin fee of N$0,95 per SHARE.
For members, former members and their dependants

Vulnerable members and vulnerable former members
We have SHAREs directed at vulnerable members and vulnerable former members — people who face financial strain when purchasing SHAREs. Applicants in this category must prove that they do not have the financial means to purchase them, and the qualifying threshold is an income of N$1 300 per month or less.
For members, former members and their dependants
- Minimum of 200 SHAREs for N$1 696,00, with a market value of N$3 012,00.
- Maximum of 25 000 SHAREs if the legal entity or group is controlled or owned by one natural person.
- Maximum of 50 000 SHAREs if the legal entity or group is controlled or owned by two or more natural persons.
Vulnerable members and vulnerable former members
- 1 000 SHAREs if the legal entity or group is controlled or owned by one natural person.
- 2 000 SHAREs if the legal entity or group is controlled or owned by two or more natural persons.
Subscription period
Round 2 of the subscription period runs from 3 May 2025 for a period of 12 months. The purchase price remains fixed and members still benefit from the 50% discount on SHAREs.
Loyalty and rewards
Members and their dependants continue to enjoy discounts at selected retailers through the NAMITVEST Loyalty and Rewards programme.

More than 4 000 subscribers have signed up, representing approximately 10.4 million SHAREs. 2 700 registered shareholders hold nearly 2.82 million NSX-traded shares.
Share value has grown from N$10,31 in June 2021 to N$19,42 in December 2025 — a cumulative increase of over 88%.
